Job Summary
Supporting payroll operations for a dynamic workforce, the full-time remote Texas Payroll and People Operations Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing, ensure compliance, and collaborate with HR teams to enhance payroll and people operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process and reconcile multi-state payroll in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor payroll tax requirements and support year-end activities, including W-2 processing
- Partner with HR to manage compensation changes, new hires, and employee inquiries
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Experience with Workday Payroll and knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines accurately
- Proficiency in Excel and openness to leveraging AI tools for process improvement
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus, but not required
