Job Summary
To support a busy litigation practice, the full-time Texas Personal Injury Paralegal will manage complex court filings, maintain organized case records, and provide reliable support throughout all phases of litigation in a 100% remote capacity, with occasional in-office meetings in the DFW area.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit court filings in compliance with local rules and judge preferences
- Support dispositive motion practice by organizing documentation and assembling exhibits
- Coordinate the creation of hearing notebooks and binders, ensuring timely delivery of materials
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of paralegal experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury practice
- Hands-on experience with electronic filing in state, federal, and appellate courts
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rule compliance
- Demonstrated ability to assist with trial preparation and pretrial coordination
- Proficiency with case management software and litigation tracking tools
