Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 3 to enhance and maintain its Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the upgrade and troubleshooting of the Power Platform CoE toolkit
  • Develop, create, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct training sessions on Power Platform tools
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components
  • Proficiency in Co-Pilot Studio for development and automation
  • Strong understanding of Azure Services, including Azure Analytics
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Power Platform Canvas apps
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards
