Job Summary
Driving strategic channel partnerships, the full-time Regional Channel Manager for Texas will develop and expand relationships with resellers and technology partners, generate sales-qualified leads, and deliver partner training initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and recruit strategic channel partnerships to drive recurring revenue growth
- Generate sales-qualified pipeline through partner engagement and demand generation campaigns
- Conduct regular partner business reviews focused on pipeline growth and revenue performance
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience in Unified Communications or related technologies
- Proven success in generating partner-driven pipeline and achieving revenue growth
- Established relationships with telecom agents, distributors, and technology consultants in the region
- Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and cloud communications technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
