Job Summary
Leading the expansion of business within the General Business segment, the full-time salaried Texas Regional Sales Manager will drive strategy, exceed sales targets, and foster teamwork while managing a team of Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the technology platform, product messaging, and competitor landscape
- Ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas by driving sales methodology and leading by example
- Establish collaborative relationships with the Open Source community and partner ecosystems to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in a fast-paced, technical sales environment
- Strong SaaS sales leadership experience
- Established executive-level relationships with key accounts
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in scaling high-velocity sales functions
