Job Summary
Dedicated to managing a high volume of calls, the full-time Texas Remote Call Center Agent will conduct telephone screenings for inbound and outbound calls while ensuring positive customer interactions from a home office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs
- Engage with customers positively to enhance their experience
Required qualifications
- Must reside in Texas and be able to work remotely
- Own a compatible laptop or desktop computer with specified requirements
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
- Willingness to consent to a background check
