Job Summary

Dedicated to managing a high volume of calls, the full-time Texas Remote Call Center Agent will conduct telephone screenings for inbound and outbound calls while ensuring positive customer interactions from a home office environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs
  • Engage with customers positively to enhance their experience
Required qualifications
  • Must reside in Texas and be able to work remotely
  • Own a compatible laptop or desktop computer with specified requirements
  • Available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
  • Willingness to consent to a background check
