Job Summary
Dedicated to managing a high volume of calls, the full-time Texas Remote Call Center Agent will conduct telephone screenings for both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring positive customer interactions in a 100% work-from-home environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs
- Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer requirements
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- Access to a compatible computer and reliable internet service
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm
- Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office environment
