Texas Remote Care Management Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Care Management Processor who must reside in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Case Management team
• Assist in the initial review of assigned case levels and implement care plans under the direction of the Case Manager
• Coordinate member visits and services in accordance with member benefit plans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years' experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
• Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years' experience in an administrative support role in healthcare preferred, with Medical Assistant experience being a plus
