Dedicated to managing a high volume of calls, the full-time Texas Remote Customer Service Agent will conduct telephone screenings on inbound and outbound calls while engaging positively with customers to meet their needs.

Required qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US
  • Must have a reliable computer setup meeting specified technical requirements
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm
  • Must have a quiet home office space free of distractions
  • Willingness to consent to a background check
