Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Texas Remote Customer Service Associate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, provide information to customers about their accounts, and assist with transactions while working from home in Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits
  • Process transactions via web-based applications and handle research requests accurately
Required qualifications
  • Must reside in the state of Texas and be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
  • Ability to complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
