Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Process orders and update customer accounts and records efficiently
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
- Must be available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
