Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
  • Process orders and update customer accounts and records efficiently
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Must be available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
