Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their wireless accounts
- Provide troubleshooting and solutions to customer concerns while processing orders and updating records

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
- Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a GED or High School Diploma
- Legally permitted to work in the United States and able to pass a background screening
- Must have a suitable internet connection and a private workspace for remote work
