Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their wireless accounts

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a GED or High School Diploma
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States and able to pass a background screening
  • Must have a suitable internet connection and a private workspace for remote work
