Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the full-time Texas Remote Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume inbound calls for various clients, delivering exceptional service while adhering to performance metrics in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, switching between different protocols and data entry requirements for various clients
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring empathetic and clear communication with every caller
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule adherence, wrap time, and quality assurance scores
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Proficiency in using Windows 11 or higher; compatibility with Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products, and tablets is not allowed
  • Access to a wired Ethernet internet connection; Wi-Fi is prohibited
  • Experience with customer service in a high-pressure environment
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day per week and holiday shifts as required
