Job Summary

Supervising community and resource coordination activities, the full-time Texas Resource Coordination Supervisor will ensure members are connected to local resources and supported throughout their care while managing a remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review community and resource coordination activities, ensuring effective member outreach and resource connection
• Assign tasks to the team based on state requirements and member needs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to improve outreach services and member care connections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of related experience in community resource coordination or a similar role
• Experience in supervising or managing a team
• Knowledge of state and regulatory guidelines related to community and resource coordination
• Ability to provide training and guidance to team members
