Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Manager to lead a remote clinical support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of clinical support staff, conducting regular performance check-ins
• Ensure exceptional patient support and satisfaction by managing escalations and resolving concerns
• Support providers with necessary tools and resources, enhancing communication and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in any U.S. state (unrestricted)
• 2-3 years of Nurse Manager experience or equivalent leadership experience
• Proven experience managing a team with 15+ direct reports
• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
