Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to schedule qualified appointments
- Deliver a concise pitch about solar energy and document outcomes accurately for follow-up
- Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Must reside in Texas, USA
- Ability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with required equipment (dual monitors, headset)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
