As a full-time remote Texas Scheduling Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule qualified in-home appointments for Design Consultants, utilizing persuasive communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Schedule qualified in-home appointments through engaging conversations with potential customers
• Guide homeowners in understanding products and services, creating urgency to move them forward in the process
• Record interactions and manage customer details using CRM while meeting performance-based metrics
