Job Summary
As a full-time remote Texas Scheduling Specialist, the successful candidate will engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to schedule qualified in-home appointments for Design Consultants, utilizing a persuasive sales approach and active listening skills.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule qualified in-home appointments by speaking with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Create urgency and guide homeowners through the process of understanding products and services
- Record interactions and manage call dispositions using the company's CRM system while meeting performance-based metrics
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales or call center experience with a proven track record of meeting goals
- High-energy, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in handling objections confidently
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
