Job Summary
Engaging with potential customers, the full-time Texas Scheduling Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule qualified in-home appointments for Design Consultants while working remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule qualified in-home appointments through effective communication with potential customers
- Guide homeowners through the information request process, creating urgency and aligning needs with company capabilities
- Utilize CRM tools to record interactions and meet performance-based metrics for appointment conversion and customer interaction quality
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales or call center experience with a proven track record of meeting goals
- High-energy, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in handling objections confidently and effectively
- Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and receive coaching
