Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Texas Seasonal Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls regarding benefits and claims, providing assistance to customers while documenting interactions in a computer tracking system.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, addressing eligibility and benefits questions
  • Document each customer interaction and resolution in the tracking system
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
  • One year of previous call center or equivalent experience
  • Ability to attend a 100% classroom training program
  • Experience in the dental care industry is a strong advantage
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
