Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Texas Seasonal Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls regarding benefits and claims, providing assistance to customers while documenting interactions in a computer tracking system.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, addressing eligibility and benefits questions
- Document each customer interaction and resolution in the tracking system
- Maintain a professional demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- One year of previous call center or equivalent experience
- Ability to attend a 100% classroom training program
- Experience in the dental care industry is a strong advantage
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
