Texas Senior Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior Contracts Specialist will oversee contract compliance and administration for the Health Texas Enrollment Broker project while working remotely from Texas, coordinating communication between leadership and vendors, managing contract documentation, and supporting negotiations and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance tracking in all areas of performance required by contracts and vendor agreements
• Coordinate communication between staff, executive leadership, and management to ensure timely submission of invoices and deliverables
• Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while generating reports and contractual documents to support ongoing monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting contracts for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) within the last 3 years
• Experience in contract administration, business development, or management
• Strong ability to interpret and draft contract language, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must currently reside within the state of Texas and have a minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps
