Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Supervisor, Remote must be in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data center support systems and ensure they operate within established parameters
• Establish process performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet contract requirements
• Manage contractor specifications and resolve maintenance issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, with 5-8 years of job-related experience
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting heavy loads
• Innovative mentality to develop effective solutions for unique problems
