Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative who must live in Texas and work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve issues reported by end-users via phone, email, and chat support
  • Manage and maintain a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues
  • Document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical/product support experience
  • Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required
  • General curiosity about technical concepts and how they work
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
  • Experience with chat and email etiquette
