A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and support them through telecommunication outreach programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in Texas or Arizona, with the ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges
• Must reside in Texas or Arizona
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
