Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication adherence and disease management
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with various disease states
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care through telecommunications outreach programs

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or Arizona with multi-state/compact privileges
• Must reside in Texas or Arizona
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
