Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Acceptance Testing Lead to ensure technology solutions meet business objectives and quality standards prior to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee UAT strategies, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements
• Lead and coordinate the full UAT process, ensuring smooth execution of test cases and adherence to timelines
• Manage defect identification, documentation, and resolution, providing consistent communication on UAT progress and issues

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience with both manual and automated testing
• Knowledge of test planning, test case development, and test execution
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in User Acceptance Testing
