Texas Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

Job Summary

To support recent graduates in launching their careers, the full-time Texas Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote training program focused on claims management, client service excellence, and hands-on application of insurance knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to gain confidence in managing indemnity workers' compensation claims
• Gradually take ownership of a portfolio of claims, applying training to real-world scenarios while engaging with clients and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred; others may be considered based on experience
• Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Active listening and problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
