Textile and Consumer Products Manager

Job Summary

Providing expert Product Integrity Technical Support, the full-time remote Textile and Consumer Products Manager will manage client inquiries, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and facilitate communication between clients and the global network while supporting product development and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on testing protocols and troubleshoot issues for clients
• Stay informed on regulatory compliance requirements and communicate updates to clients and teams
• Assist clients in developing product specifications and participate in product line reviews to identify potential issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Textile Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Experience with softlines or hardlines products, particularly in textiles and consumer products
• Proven experience collaborating with industry standards organizations such as ASTM and AATCC
• Demonstrated product integrity or quality assurance experience in textiles, footwear, or chemicals
• Familiarity with CPSIA, Prop 65, and other consumer product regulations
