Textile and Consumer Products Manager

Job Summary

Providing expert Product Integrity Technical Support, the full-time remote Textile and Consumer Products Manager will manage client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in softline products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on testing protocols and procedures to address customer inquiries
• Stay informed of regulatory and compliance requirements, communicating updates to clients and internal teams
• Assist clients in developing specifications and participate in product development meetings to identify potential issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Textile Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Experience with softlines or hardlines products, particularly in textiles and consumer products
• Proven experience collaborating with industry standards organizations such as ASTM and AATCC
• Familiarity with CPSIA, Prop 65, and other consumer product regulations
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
