Textile Design Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the textile design pipeline, the contract Textile Design Project Manager will lead project execution from concept to marketing launch, managing timelines and resources while ensuring efficient workflows in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for textile design projects, managing timelines and resources
• Act as the day-to-day lead for design operations systems, ensuring accurate project representation and updates
• Proactively manage resource allocation and capacity planning while identifying risks and resolving bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, studio management, or creative operations in a cross-functional environment
• Proven success in leading complex creative projects from intake through delivery
• Deep understanding of the textile design and product creation lifecycle
• Strong working knowledge of Airtable and other project management systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and compliance across teams
