Texting Program Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a freelance Texting Program Consultant with remote flexibility, who will manage high-volume SMS/MMS campaigns, assist in developing online fundraising strategies, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with creative and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Producing a high volume of SMS/MMS communications for various clients
• Assisting in the development and implementation of text message communications calendars
• Delivering top-tier customer service, including onboarding new clients and providing regular reporting and analysis

Required qualifications:

• Experience contributing to text messaging programs at scale, preferably for political campaigns or nonprofits
• Familiarity with texting platforms such as Scale to Win, Switchboard, Tatango, or Mobile Commons
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Background in digital communications, organizing, fundraising, and/or marketing
• Passion for progressive and philanthropic causes
