Job Summary
A company is looking for a Thai US Based TI/VRI Interpreter.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer client calls professionally, providing first name and interpreter ID
- Conduct intake and pre-session scripting for each client while ensuring clarity and accuracy in interpretation
- Follow client instructions closely and manage the flow of conversation effectively
Required Qualifications
- Full fluency in English and Thai
- 2+ years of professional interpreting experience
- Strong cultural understanding and ability to explain cultural concepts
- Excellent accuracy in listening and memory retention
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology and ability to reference glossaries
