Job Summary

A company is looking for a Thai US Based TI/VRI Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer client calls professionally, providing first name and interpreter ID
• Conduct intake and pre-session scripting for each client while ensuring clarity and accuracy in interpretation
• Follow client instructions closely and manage the flow of conversation effectively

Required Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Thai
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience
• Strong cultural understanding and ability to explain cultural concepts
• Excellent accuracy in listening and memory retention
• Very good knowledge of medical terminology and ability to reference glossaries
