Theology Adjunct Faculty
Job Summary
To support the launch of innovative Competency Based Education ministry programs, the fully remote CBE Ministry Adjunct will teach and mentor graduate and doctoral students while providing proactive outreach and support to ensure student success.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in Master of Arts in Ministry and Doctor of Ministry courses
- Proactively reach out to inactive and at-risk students to enhance engagement
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and compliance monitoring
Required qualifications
- PhD/ThD, DMin, or DMiss from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of substantial experience in theological education and online teaching
- Experience with learning management systems, preferably Canvas
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
- Prior experience with Competency Based Education preferred
