Therapeutic Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapeutic Strategy Lead for a full-time remote role within a global clinical research organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scientific and therapeutic input for protocol development and feasibility assessments
• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert during client engagements and provide competitive insights
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with academic leaders and guide site selection strategies

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in clinical or scientific discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred
• Extensive experience in drug development, particularly in late-phase programs or advanced strategy roles
• Proven credibility with KOLs, investigators, and clinical sites in the relevant therapeutic area
• Experience in shaping study designs and contributing to commercial proposals
