Therapeutic Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapeutic Strategy Lead (CNS - Neurodegenerative Diseases).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and scientific leadership for protocol design and scientific advisory engagements
• Serve as the lead clinical expert for proposals and early concepting, delivering insights and strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical sites to enhance enrollment performance and data quality

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred
• Significant therapeutic expertise in CNS
• Experience in drug development within a sponsor, CRO, or academic environment
• Proven scientific credibility with CNS focused KOLs and clinical sites
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to integrate therapeutic landscape into development plans
