Therapeutic Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapeutic Strategy Lead (CNS - Neurodegenerative Diseases) to serve as a senior scientific and clinical expert in a global clinical research organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and scientific leadership for protocol design and feasibility, ensuring alignment with global standards
• Serve as the lead clinical expert for proposals and early concepting, delivering therapeutic rationale and competitive insights
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical sites to enhance enrollment performance and data quality

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred
• Significant therapeutic expertise in CNS and experience in drug development
• Proven scientific credibility with CNS focused KOLs and investigators
• Experience in commercial proposals and study design balancing scientific rigor with operational constraints
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to integrate therapeutic landscape into development plans
