Therapeutic Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapeutic Strategy Lead (CNS - Neurodegenerative Diseases).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic and scientific leadership for protocol design and feasibility in CNS and neurodegeneration
• Serve as the lead clinical expert for proposals and concepting, delivering insights and risk strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical sites to enhance enrollment performance

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred
• Significant therapeutic expertise in CNS
• Experience in drug development within a sponsor, CRO, or academic environment, particularly in late phase clinical programs
• Proven scientific credibility with CNS-focused KOLs and investigators
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to integrate therapeutic landscape and regulatory context into development plans
