Therapeutic Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapeutic Strategy Lead (CNS - Neurodegenerative Diseases).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for protocol design, feasibility, and scientific advisory engagements in CNS and neurodegeneration
• Serve as the lead clinical expert for proposals, delivering therapeutic rationale and competitive landscape insights
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, PIs, and clinical sites to enhance enrollment performance and data quality

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred
• Significant therapeutic expertise in CNS
• Experience in drug development within a sponsor, CRO, or academic environment, particularly in late phase clinical programs
• Proven scientific credibility with CNS-focused KOLs and clinical sites
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to integrate therapeutic landscape and regulatory context into development plans
