Job Summary
Driving clinical development strategy, the remote Therapeutic Strategy Lead will manage protocol design, feasibility assessments, and client engagement strategies for late-stage programs while collaborating with business development and clinical operations teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead therapeutic strategy for clinical programs, including protocol design and feasibility assessments
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert in proposals and RFP responses to secure large-scale studies
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical sites to enhance enrollment strategies
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience in drug development or clinical program leadership within a CRO, sponsor, or academic setting
- Strong scientific background in oncology (solid tumors), CNS, or autoimmune diseases
- Advanced degree required (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred; MD candidates highly prioritized)
- Experience contributing to proposals, study design, and RFP strategy in regulated clinical environments
- Ability to engage directly with Principal Investigators and support business development efforts
