Therapist Credentialing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist Credentialing Associate II who will manage credentialing workflows for therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage end-to-end credentialing tasks including document review and primary source verification
• Ensure credentialing files meet internal and external compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support timely onboarding and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or a related operational role
• Proficiency with credentialing systems and tools, including CRM platforms, CAQH, and CMS processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple credentialing files while meeting deadlines
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions within defined processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
