Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapy Access Intake Specialist (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily data entry requirements and intake process for new and existing patients
  • Oversee daily operations of incoming document fax server and file documentation within the CRM system
  • Document all interactions into the CRM system in accordance with Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within the healthcare industry focused on administrative/clerical responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer competency including MS Office, Google, and CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
