Therapy Education Training Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Therapy Education & Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of industry-leading MDMA-AT education and training programs
• Oversee execution of programs on time, on budget, and with measurable learning outcomes and quality metrics
• Design and operate a Train-the-Trainer program that qualifies experts in MDMA-AT to lead education and training

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, training, and/or learning & development in a clinical field
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving skills, and business acumen
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Master's degree in a relevant clinical field, education, business or related field preferred
