A company is looking for a Therapy Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining updated knowledge of company policies and procedures, standards of care, and legal, ethical, and crisis management strategies
• Participating in therapist recruitment and onboarding processes
• Monitoring therapist performance, facilitating consultation groups, and conducting performance evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• Active California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD license
• Minimum 2 years licensed with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in new therapist training for quality care
• Not opted out from Medicare
• Access to reliable internet and Google Suite proficiency
