Key Responsibilities

• Receive and enter referrals into TownSquare and Homebase
• Contact patients to confirm service interest and insurance on the same day
• Schedule appointments for mental health therapy and manage follow-up queues

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or related field
• Clinical literacy with mental health service types and terminology
• 1+ year experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness
