Thermal Analysis Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reactor Enclosure System Thermal Analysis Engineer for a remote, contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thermal model development and evaluation of reactor structures, including recommendations for modifications or optimization
• Conduct evaluations of configurations and joints to assess challenges and modifications
• Collaborate with design leads and analysis engineers to address component issues and provide insights to design teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant equivalent program from an accredited university
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in ASME BPVC Section III, Division 1 and high temperature applications
• High degree of trust and integrity
• Qualification indoctrination to quality program for preparation or verification activities
