Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards, techniques, and criteria
• Proficiency in specific software tools (CAD, FEA, CFD) and programming skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop others
