Job Summary

As a full-time Third Party Collection Specialist working remotely, the candidate will manage collections for a portfolio of accounts while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute collection strategies for assigned accounts to achieve recovery goals
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during the collection process
• Maintain and foster positive relationships with clients to facilitate successful collections

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in collections or a related field
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus
