Job Summary
Supporting a global compliance and risk management function, the remote Third Party Compliance Contractor will drive the execution of the company's third party compliance program, conduct diligence reviews, and assess compliance risks involving vendors and channel partners on a full-time basis for an initial six-month term.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of the company's global third party compliance program
- Conduct ongoing third party diligence reviews and evaluate risk-relevant findings
- Recommend and implement process improvements and program enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of compliance, ethics, or risk management experience
- Strong knowledge of anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and global compliance expectations
- Experience managing third party diligence and risk assessment programs
- Familiarity with compliance tools, due diligence platforms, and GRC databases
- Advanced degree and/or certifications such as CFE, CCEP, or CCEP-I preferred
