Job Summary

A company is looking for a Third Party Compliance Risk Management/Reg W Officer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Third-Party Compliance Risk Management and Regulation W
• Provide compliance advice and guidance to business units and operational areas
• Oversee the Affiliate Oversight and Reg W program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in banking and compliance functions
• 10+ years of experience in Banking Third Party Risk Management
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Third Party Risk Management
• 5+ years of experience with Reg W
• CRCM certification preferred
