Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies while ensuring timely reimbursement and compliance with billing guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve accounts quickly and accurately to maximize reimbursement for TPL claims
- Review and research accident claims to identify potential payment sources and verify relevant data
- Coordinate with payors and make appeals on denied claims to ensure proper claim disposition
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in third-party claims adjudication
- Thorough knowledge of state lien statutes, CMS secondary payer rules, and state No-Fault laws
- 1-2 years working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn in-house applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
